The special silicone base converts microwave energy into heat and transfers it to the cooking surface. The aluminium-plated steel body and lid help shield food from direct microwave exposure. Simply prep, cover and cook using the supplied recipe guide.

How to Use

  1. Prep: Add ingredients and liquid as directed by your recipe. For steaming, add water beneath the steaming tray.
  2. Cover: Always fit the lid before cooking.
  3. Set Manually: Select microwave mode, set 600W and enter the time in the manufacturer’s recipe guide. Do not select an automatic food programme.
  4. Check: Follow any stirring, turning or resting steps. Timings vary with food quantity, thickness, starting temperature and microwave model. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Remove Carefully: Use oven mitts. Open the lid away from your face and hands to avoid escaping steam.

600W is the manufacturer’s recipe setting. Do not use at 800W or higher.

Do

  • Check your microwave’s compatibility instructions before use.
  • Keep the pan and microwave interior clean.
  • Use a heat-resistant surface beneath the hot pan.
  • Allow the pan to cool between cooking sessions and before washing.
  • Handwash with mild detergent and a soft sponge, then rinse and dry.

Do Not

  • Use auto-cook, oven, grill, steam or combination appliance modes; use microwave mode only.
  • Use at 800W or higher.
  • Use on gas, induction or other stovetops.
  • Deep-fry, heat pooled oil or cook dried foods.
  • Use metal utensils, abrasive scrubbers or scouring powder.
  • Use if damaged or the lid coating is peeling.
  • Store food in the pan.

Do not heat empty above 600W or for 3 minutes or longer. Follow the manual for any empty-heating procedure.
