Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, fees, and timelines.

1. Shipping Options, Fees & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: S$4.99 per order. Orders over S$60 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and our delivery partners ensure your items reach you within 2-3 business days after processing.

Self-collection may be arranged at our warehouse at Ubi. If you would like to opt for self-collection, please select the option at check out. In general, orders placed by 9am will be ready for collection between 12-5pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 9am will be available for collection the following working day between 12pm-5pm. Please note that collection on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays is subjected to our availability. For urgent requests, please WhatsApp us at +65 8925 8315.

Please Note: We provide delivery across Singapore, except for restricted areas (Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, and certain military or government-restricted locations). During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated should any delays occur.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within Singapore, but we hope to expand internationally soon—stay tuned!
