Akebono Made in Japan CÓME COLLE! Ichi-oshi Rice Strainer
Washing rice usually means tilting a heavy bowl, holding the grains back with one hand and watching a few escape into the sink anyway. The CÓME COLLE! rice strainer makes that routine simpler: rinse your rice, press the centre, and let the water drain from the bottom while the bowl stays in the sink.
Its specially designed slits help prevent rice grains from slipping through or getting stuck. When you’re done, the stopper and base can be removed for a thorough clean. It’s a useful bowl for rinsing fruits and vegetables, too.
-
Press to drain: Release the water from the bottom without lifting and tilting a full bowl.
-
Helps keep grains in: Specially designed slits reduce grains slipping through or catching in the drain.
-
Generous rice capacity: Wash up to 4 Japanese rice cups (4 go) at a time.
-
Easy to take apart: Remove the stopper and base for cleaning, then reassemble in reverse order.
-
Made in Japan: A patented design by Akebono Sangyo.
