1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is unused, in its original packaging, and that you submit a return request within 14 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items: Price-marked down items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Each order is entitled to a one-time return only and will incur a flat fee of $4.99. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Exchanges
To get the item you need, the fastest way is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Alternatively, if you prefer to head down to our warehouse at Ubi for an exchange, please reach out to us at hello@zahuodian.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 8925 8315.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
