Washing Instructions

1. Wash with cool or warm water using mild liquid detergent. Avoid powdered detergents as they may leave residue.
2. Do not use fabric softeners, chlorine bleach, or dryer sheets.
3. Do not dry clean.
4. Wash separately from cotton, wool, or linen items to prevent lint clinging to the microfiber. If necessary, wash with other non-linting synthetics or use a laundry bag.

Drying Instructions

1. Air dry in a cool, well-ventilated area to preserve the microfiber's quality. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat.
2. If machine drying is necessary, use the lowest heat setting or no heat, and dry with other microfiber items.

FAQs

1. Why do the fibers on my microfiber towel appear clumped up?
   You might have used a fabric softener, which contains surfactants that could cause the fibers to clump. Exposure to high heat could also melt the fibers, causing them to stick together. Unfortunately, this damage is irreversible.

2. I did none of the above but it still clumps up after wash. Why is that so?
   The fibers absorb water in the wash, and with vigorous spinning in the washer, it is normal for the soft and thin fibers to adhere together due to the cohesive property of water. To keep your microfiber towels soft and fluffy, shake them out after every wash before hanging to dry. If your towel dries with clumps, it's fine as this doesn't affect absorbency. To restore softness, simply shake out the towel a few times.
